In June by Danske Bank received more money each month from recurring transfers than from new costumers. Our challenge was to maximise that amount, so how could we make our users aware that even small changes could help them save up and reach their goals faster?
This was the existing calculator. The inputs were crude and some times mistaken by users, also it required you to have some knowledge that could be hard to obtain as a new investor.
We had an assumption that adding scenarios to the calculator would help our users to realise that small changes in their behaviour could affect them positively.
We sat out to do some experiments were we tried to add scenarios to the calculator to determine behaviour but also to see how users reacted to the scenarios.
After testing the scenarios and working with the scenarios we implemented the reel of scenarios, and changed how you could enter your investable amount, from being just fixed to now also include lump sum and the scenarios.
