We wanted to enable our users to recognize customers on social media channels and combine siloed profiles in to one unified person view. Provide companies with detailed stats on subjects, social media usage and combine their online presens with already known CRM-data to create a true 360-degree view.
Audience bridges the gap between social and CRM. It allows brands to log every interaction from touchpoints throughout the customer journey; from public social conversations outside of a brand’s owned channels, to engagement with content marketing campaigns through landing pages or social content, to direct on-to-one contact through DMs, comments, or email.
This generates a detailed snapshot of who the person is, what they talk about, and how they feel towards a certain brand. Audience then makes this data available for support, sales and marketing in an intuitive interface
